One of numerous H.W. Poole owned theaters, the Liberty was Poole’s first in his chain. Though it was smaller than the Pine Tree and not as impressive on the interior or exterior, it was still a popular theater in Klamath Falls.

Despite being smaller, Poole reportedly gave preference to the Liberty when it game to bigger movies, opting to show the top movie at the Liberty, rather than the Pine Tree.
